PRIMITIVE is a local retail boutique in Encino guaranteed to satisfy all your streetwear, skate and sneaker needs. Well this store doesn't really lack star power at all, thanks to the presence (and financial investment) of co-owner Paul Rodriguez Jr aka "P-Rod". Take that Sheckler.
